What are we doing?

We work with children, teenagers and adults
We work with adults and children (group training - from 9 years old, individual training - from 6 years old). For each age - its own training program
Individual and group training
Adult groups (up to 3-4 people), teenage groups (up to 5-6 people), individual training (alone or in pairs)
We train amateurs and professionals
From amateur (1 training session per week) to professional athlete training (13 training sessions per week)
